Thin Films Technician I
This is an entry level position in our optical vacuum coating department to coat single and multi-layered antireflective coatings and metal reflectors. Responsibilities including cleaning, surface inspection, and loading glass substrates for thin film deposition. Good communication skills and a strong knowledge in mathematics is a must.  Knowledge of Windows XP and PC-based control/measurement software is a plus. Thin Films Technician II
This position requires a basic understanding of vacuum maintenance and thin film deposition techniques and requires the ability to coat multi-layered dielectric coatings, and metal reflectors. An understanding of spectral analysis and TQM is required. Responsibility includes the maintenance of chambers including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Candidates must have a good knowledge of technical math, measurement systems and ability to read blueprints; ability to meet deadlines, track processes and handle a fast-paced production environment; and have enthusiasm and motivation to spare. A good communication skill, previous experience with Windows XP and PC-based control/measurement software, and absolute attention to detail is a must.   Positions are available on all three shifts and flexibility in scheduling is important.Email Resume

Thin Films Technician III
This position must have previous demonstrated experience operating a vacuum chamber to deposit high performance multi-layer thin film coatings to optical components using a spectrophotometer to verify optical specifications. Responsibilities include the maintenance of chambers including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of or experience in spectral analysis and TQM, technical math, measurement systems and ability to read blueprints, non-quarterwave dielectric thin films, coating enhanced metal reflectors, IR coatings, and dichroic coatings, thin film design, defect analysis, and reverse optimization. Requires an ability to meet deadlines, track processes, handle a fast-paced production environment, and have enthusiasm and motivation to spare. A good communication skill, previous experience with Windows XP and PC-based control/measurement software, and absolute attention to detail is a must. Operation of Leybold APS and Syrus Pro deposition systems is a plus. Positions are available on all three shifts and flexibility in scheduling is important. Email Resume
